I found the hotel to be situated in a prime location, just one train station away from Tenjin and surrounded by numerous dining options, which was a big plus. While the rooms were larger than typical Japanese rooms, they felt a bit dated and could use a modern touch. The service was friendly and accommodating, but the mornings were quite noisy, making it hard to get some extra sleep. Despite these issues, I felt it offered decent value for the price.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel thanks to its excellent location, just a stone's throw from the subway and surrounded by a vibrant food scene. The rooms were clean and spacious, which I appreciated. However, the service from some staff members could have been better, as a few were a bit rude. The breakfast options were also not very satisfying, which was a letdown. Overall, it's a great value for money but with room for improvement.
